- Daily Fitness Challenge #1: Frisbee Golf!– This is a fun activity that you can do either outside or inside that involves a frisbee or a hat that can be thrown into a goal. This activity will be working on accuracy.
- Daily Fitness Challenge #2: Dribbling Activity– This activity is all about dribbling. You will need a ball, some cones or water bottles, and a goal, which can be a laundry basket.

- Activity #1: Story: ‘Stephanie Ponytail’— This story is about a girl who wants to wear a ponytail because no one in her class wears one. It is a great story for learning how to be comfortable in your own skin and confident.”
- Activity #2: Blind Man Scavenger Hunt— Youth will be working in teams, while one of their team members are blindfolded. They must give them ‘instructions’ on finding three items that are lost. They can only use ‘direction clues’ such as ‘left’, ‘right’, ‘up’, down’ etc. Who will win? This is a great activity that fosters collaboration, verbal leadership skills, and communication skills.
